Welcome.

I'm glad you're here.

I’m so glad you’re here.

I know how difficult it can be to reach out for support. Whether you’ve been thinking about counselling for months or just started looking today, I hope you know this: you don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin.

My goal is to create a space where you can take a deep breath, feel genuinely heard, and begin working through whatever life has placed in front of you. I believe healing isn’t about becoming a different person—it’s about understanding yourself with greater compassion and finding new ways to move forward.

My Approach

I believe the relationship between counsellor and client is one of the most important parts of therapy.

My style is warm, collaborative, and practical. I want our sessions to feel like a place where you can be completely honest—without fear of judgment or pressure to have all the answers.

Together we’ll gently explore what’s beneath the surface, understand the patterns keeping you stuck, strengthen your nervous system’s capacity to navigate life’s challenges, and develop practical tools that fit your everyday life.

I draw from attachment-based approaches, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), tailoring each session to your unique story and goals.

A Little About Me

Long before I became a counsellor, I spent years supporting families as a birth doula. That experience gave me a deep appreciation for how much people carry beneath the surface, and how powerful it can be to have someone walk alongside them through life’s most vulnerable moments.

Today, I’m also a wife and homeschool mom to two wonderful kids. I love slow mornings, meaningful conversations, exploring beautiful places with my family, and finding joy in the simple moments that often matter most.

My own experiences with life’s unexpected challenges have shaped the way I show up as a counsellor—with empathy, authenticity, and the belief that no one should have to carry hard seasons alone.

Healing doesn’t happen all at once.

It happens one honest conversation, one small step, and one moment of feeling truly understood at a time.
